Steven Carr
, President and Director of Business Development

Steven Carr is TSI founder and president, as well as being responsible for business development. A featured speaker at various GIS and business conferences, Steven has devoted his career to GIS for more than 20 years. Through his years of building and integrating mapping and spatial analysis systems, he has developed an expertise in assessing organizational needs, project definition and planning, and project management. Steven was awarded the Police Department County of Suffolk NY Public Service Award in recognition of his valuable assistance to the agency and fellow residents in implementing its Enhanced 911 system. He has worked extensively with mapping products, such as MapInfo, and his technical experience runs the gamut from mainframe to microcomputer technologies.

Carl Hugelmeyer, Director of Training and Consulting Services

Carl Hugelmeyer is the director of TSI's MapInfo Authorized Training Center in New York City, an Authorized MapInfo Trainer, and frequently provides onsite consultation to TSI's major customers. A recognized speaker at various GIS conferences and User Group meetings, Carl has worked exclusively with GIS technology for the past 15 years of his career. He has applied his extensive knowledge of MapInfo products in support of numerous large-scale GIS implementations. His ability to communicate easily with both technical experts and those new to the GIS field is an important asset and one that Carl has used in shaping the training and consulting services offered by TSI today.

Carole Stepp, Director of Sales and Marketing

Carole Stepp has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing. She is responsible for handling all aspects of inside sales and marketing. Carole is the mastermind that organizes TSI's regional information seminars, regional User Groups, and onsite customer seminars. In addition to handling tradeshows, she coordinates direct mail efforts, newsletters, and customer demos and maintains customer relations.
